Job Title: NetSuite Developer, English SpeakingJob Summary

We seek an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team as a Business System Architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing NetSuite solutions, with expertise in financial and accounting business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and Design Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional NetSuite systems, ensuring seamless integration with client-specific industry processes.
2. Implement and Deploy Solutions: Utilize industry experience to architect and deploy NetSuite solutions that meet clients' unique business needs and regulatory requirements.
3. Configure and Enhance Systems: Perform functional configuration, system maintenance, and business process testing to ensure optimal NetSuite performance.
4. Drive Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of new and existing configurations, development, and new releases to guarantee high-quality results.
5. Communicate Effectively: Clearly document process changes, enhancements, and modifications to ensure cross-functional understanding among management, peers, staff, and team members.
6. Own Key Performance Indicators: Develop and publish functional department KPI dashboards to track progress and inform decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience working with SuiteScript as a NetSuite Developer
• Extensive experience configuring NetSuite ERP modules (Financial, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Revenue Cycle, etc.)
• Expert-level knowledge of finance and accounting business processes and their implementation in NetSuite
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and successfully manage priorities
• Working experience with multi-entity environments

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
