Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for educational projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow Knowledge Management solutions to enhance educational processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow Knowledge Management within the education domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing educational systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the organizations strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements:
