Customer Success Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Enablement Specialist to support our Executive Sponsorship Program (ESP) team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of customer success and sales strategies is also essential.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on both our customers and team by optimizing content and designing tailored learning journeys.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build customer empathy and develop data-driven solutions to address challenges and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with CSMs to build customer relationships and develop targeted solutions.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance customer success and executive engagement.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Developing persona-based insights for executive personas at our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in customer success or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications.
