Operations Director, Manufacturing and Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Director to lead our manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Main Accountabilities:
- Drive operating profits through effective management of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity metrics
- Develop and lead a high-performing Operations team
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, and promoting safety awareness
- Lead the plant's complete supply-chain management, including planning, sourcing, production, shipping/logistics, quality, and quantity objectives
- Promote the Regal Business System tools and improve RBS training and facilitation skills
- Develop and drive process improvements, leading and monitoring plant performance through direct involvement, team development, coaching, establishment of goals, and good countermeasure practices
- Consistent positive performance relative to key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
