Job Summary:

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Design and program CNC equipment to maximize utilization
  • Lead the completion of engineering projects within budget and scheduling guidelines
  • Coach and develop less experienced team members
  • Identify and implement improvements in sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related issues
  • Design new line layouts or redesign plant layouts
  • Provide technical leadership and training to other team members
  • Transfer new products to production

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electromechanical/Mechatronics) or equivalent related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma acquired in the last 3 years
  • Knowledge of CNC manufacturing equipment
  • Fixture design in AutoCAD or SolidWorks
  • Bilingual - English 80% desirable
