About the Role

ZF is a global leader in driveline and chassis technology, and we're looking for a skilled Traffic Specialist to join our team at Toluca.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Expedite Material Flow: Coordinate the transit process of materials and components from suppliers to our facilities.
  2. Import/Export Management: Oversee customs procedures, including document preparation and clearance.
  3. Invoice Authorization: Review and approve invoices from transport companies and customs agents.
  4. Freight Control: Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting extraordinary freight costs.
  5. Cost Reduction: Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to minimize transportation costs.
  6. Trade Agreement Compliance: Ensure accurate application of IMMEX, PROSEC, and free trade agreements.
  7. Documentation Management: Prepare and send necessary documents for import and export procedures.
  8. Training and Development: Provide training for assigned personnel on defined needs.
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  2. Full understanding of import/export processes and relevant legislations.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in a traffic/trade position.
  4. Advanced level English proficiency.
  5. SAP management skills.
