About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the receipt, dispatching, and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, dispatching, and storage of merchandise, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and stored in a secure and organized manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff, evaluating their performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Supply Chain Management: Work closely with the Planning & Fulfillment Manager to ensure that inventory is properly managed and that supply chain operations are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial, or similar engineering.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a related field.
  • Skills: SAP management, knowledge of ISO 9001, experience with inventory management systems, barcode scanning, and RFID technology.
  • Language: Advanced level of English.
