Job Description

">

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the role of Field Dealer Experience Specialist. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving best-in-class customer experience at Ford Dealers within a designated region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Driving business growth through data analysis and consultation with Market Area/Regional personnel">
  • Participating in and supporting various business growth initiatives, including dealer meetings and training sessions">
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive adoption of brand-differentiating customer experiences">
  • Presenting compelling business cases and implementing programs, events, and advertising/merchandising strategies">
  • Training and consulting dealers on technology adoption">
  • Conducting ongoing analysis of dealer customer advocacy scores and developing action plans">
  • Providing support for Market Area/Regional personnel regarding communication, best practices, and program implementation">
  • Engaging with dealers to improve delivery of remote experiences">
  • Assisting in preparing and presenting business development presentations">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or related field">
  • 3+ years of professional outside/field sales experience">
  • Microsoft Office proficiency">
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results">
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)">
  • Experience working independently and with ambiguity">
  • Ability to interface with Retail Group Management, Dealer Principals, General Managers, and outside legal counsel">
  • Extraordinary teamwork and collaborative skills">
