Job Overview:
">The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for supporting the payroll processes of Sanhua Automotive México and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
">About the Role:
">The Payroll Analyst is expected to assist the payroll department in maintaining accurate employee records, delivering payroll checks, responding to employee inquiries, and performing day-to-day payroll activities. Some of the key responsibilities include weekly payroll processing, incident reporting, compensation data analysis, payment coordination, and attendance tracking.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.">
- Report dining room discounts.">
- Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies.">
- Generate punctuality and attendance reports.">
- Ensure the correct payment of BC payroll.">
- Review KPI BC Performance.">
Requirements:
">This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and intermediate/advanced English language proficiency. Additionally, experience with management of SUA / IDSE, Payroll System, IMSS Laws, Taxes Laws, and Federal Labor Laws is necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

">Salary Range:
">We offer a competitive salary range of $450,000 - $550,000 MXN per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
