About the Job Description

The Payroll Operations Manager will oversee and provide guidance/support to the end-to-end payroll process for the organization's business partners assigned within their Region & Market of coverage.

This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with Pay Policies & Practices, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries or issues. The role involves generating trustability and strong business relationships with the Sector, analyzing payroll data, implementing improvements to payroll procedures, and collaborating with HR and Operational teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and objectives.

Main tasks will include guaranteeing execution of US portfolio services focused on PFNA Sales and Service Ops, ensuring good customer service, and guaranteeing Service Level Agreements timing and delivery while working in process improvements and time optimizations.

Additionally, you will develop a thorough knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies to enhance business processes and leverage technology to optimize payroll efficiency.

Responsibilities also include managing and transacting against payroll requests submitted through the appropriate ticketing system (MyServices), uploading, organizing, and ensuring supporting documentation and payroll reports/approvals are available on TEAMS channels, adhering to Control requirements.
