Event Manager Job Summary

As an Event Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to execution, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functions of the Events Department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Provide guidance and support to the banquet team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
  • Work closely with hotel departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Event Services Manager/Assistant or Event Services Captain.
  • Hotel experience with a thorough understanding of banquet service.
  • Experience with MICE and Weddings, as well as international markets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Expertise in Hyatt Detailing and Sales Systems is a plus.
