\t- Month-end financial closing and accountable reporting, including consolidation, analysis, and communication of results/explanations.

\t- Annual Business Plan and Rolling Business Management (RBM)

\t- Daily, weekly, and monthly projections monitor to departmental expenses and operation results Vs the goal business.
\t- Financial accounting, including preparation of journal entries, financial statements, and variance analysis.

\t- Communication of results to Leadership and Corporate team.
\t- Comprehensive understanding of Caterpillar businesses, accounting practices, systems, procedures, products, suppliers, and customers.
\t- Development and maintenance of internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control documentation.
