We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our compensation and benefits programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement compensation analysis for hiring, promotion, and employee movement processes, aligning competitiveness, equity, and structure.

• Plan and execute the annual salary increase process for the region (Mexico, Colombia, and Puerto Rico).

• Manage and update job structures, business units, and managers in our Human Capital Management system.

• Implement, control, and administer our salary structure (job family, job level, and job function).

• Plan and execute the annual bonus payment process for the region (Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Colombia).

• Manage, control, and execute monthly and quarterly variable compensation payments for sales teams.

• Ensure compliance and update of compensation, benefits, and internal control policies and procedures.

• Participate in market compensation and benefits surveys (AON and Mercer).

• Meet 100% of HR KPIs, HR reports, and personnel costs.

**Requirements**

• 1.5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, managing regions (Mexico, Colombia, and Puerto Rico) for multinational companies.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Intermediate to advanced SAP/HCM skills.

• Bachelor's degree in economics or administrative fields.

• Advanced English language skills.
