- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit and improve manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support to production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to measure and track quality performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry with OEM experience.
- Strong knowledge of core tools such as Control Plan and MSA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex data.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality assurance.
- Advanced English language skills.
