Visionary Spatial Designer

Your Role

We are seeking an accomplished Architectural Designer to collaborate with our multidisciplinary studio and support teams in developing innovative design solutions and coordinating complex projects.

You will leverage your industry expertise, exceptional design abilities, and technical acumen to drive projects from concept to completion.

About You

• Passionate professional combining creativity, technical knowledge, and business skills to produce functional and beautiful spaces for clients.
• Exceptional design skills and a background in architecture, contributing as an integral member of the design team.
• Active participation in conceptual thought processes and design exploration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support project design and delivery, working closely with design and technical directors.
2. Participate in and lead conceptual design, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and production.
3. Collaborate with the design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and vendors to achieve project objectives.
4. Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.
5. Oversight of document delivery with design intent and top-notch technical quality.
6. Select and research building materials and generate material specifications.
7. Contribution to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
8. Establish and maintain productive client relationships.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• 5+ years of project experience in an architectural practice, including demonstrated success as an architectural designer on large-scale and complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale and complex projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and Rhino is required.
• Knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with architectural principles and practices.
• Strong concept designer with a solid design process.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with the entire project lifecycle and design process, including post-occupancy.
• Ability to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Collaborative and team-conscious.
• Ability to maintain client relationships and build new ones through successful project delivery.
