Job Title: Sitecore Architect

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Sitecore Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Sitecore solutions. As a Sitecore Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and overseeing development efforts by multiple agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to analyze requirements and translate them into robust Sitecore solutions.
  • Design architecture and technical solutions that align with business goals, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Drive decisions on technology selection, integrations, and overall system design.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the Sitecore platform, its features, capabilities, and integration points.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sitecore Architect or similar role with at least 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in Sitecore CMS, including Sitecore XP, Sitecore SXA, and Sitecore JSS.
  • Working experience on Next-gen Sitecore Composable platforms like Sitecore Personalize, CDP, Order Cloud, XM Cloud, etc.
