Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Digital Brand Designer to join our creative team. As a highly collaborative role, you will help bring to life web and e-commerce projects tailored to internal and external audiences.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning multiple work streams while working collaboratively with stakeholders. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to execute high-quality work are essential.

About the Role

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. You will be responsible for designing, conceptualizing, and maintaining systems for web pages and templates, enhancing the scalability and conversion of our web and e-commerce experience.

You will also assist in creating and adapting brand design materials, including digital and print, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and standards. Additionally, you will understand Samsara's brand and contribute to developing overall experiences that reflect it.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales to bring brand experiences to targeted audiences. You will manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and business objectives.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in related roles such as web design, user interface design, graphic design, or brand marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong systems-thinker who is able to consider challenges beyond the visual
  • Strong attention-to-detail with the ability to quickly iterate on solutions
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of best practices in web design, UX, and UI
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong executive presence and self-assured executor
