We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our icasas Mexico team in Mexico City. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new accounts through professional real estate agencies and/or construction companies, by cold calling, prospecting and networking, with a goal of subscribing them to our icasas portal in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve predetermined goals of customer acquisition and generated revenue.
  • Pitch icasas as a power selling platform to real estate agencies and/or construction companies and increase interest in its services.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
  • Nurturing existing accounts assigned in your portfolio, via inbound requests and outbound cold calling, to better understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for us to solve them.
  • Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business, with a hunter mentality.
  • Skilled at generating your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking.
  • Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
  • Native Spanish speaker and proficient in English.
