Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Manager to join our Comex team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the production areas to ensure volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage receiving operations, shipping operations, and centralized warehouse management.
  • Direct activities and set expectations within the Warehouse team to improve daily shipping efficiency and close operational performance gaps.
  • Guide Warehouse Metrics reporting to the area manager.
  • Ensure daily and weekly time reporting requirements are met through the Kronos system.
  • Report to the Warehouse manager.
  • Coordinate Comex's relationship with 3rd party staffing providers to ensure seasonal coverage needs are met.
  • Excel skills required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma required, with at least 3 years' experience in warehouse/shipping/logistics/supply chain, plus 2+ years supervisory experience Warehouse, Production.
  • Must be familiar with operations of power equipment.
  • English fluency required.
