The successful candidate will lead the growth and development of our Discord community, creating a positive and supportive environment where content creators can thrive. They will work closely with marketing professionals, content creators, and eCommerce experts to align community growth efforts with company goals and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with Content Creators – Actively respond to messages, foster discussions, and maintain a positive environment in the Discord community
- Share Inspirational & Educational Content – Regularly post motivational videos, industry news, and valuable resources to keep creators inspired
- Approve & Onboard New Creators – Review applications, approve qualified creators, and grant them access to private channels
- Invite New Members to the Community – Proactively reach out to content creators and influencers to expand the community
- Answer Questions & Provide Support – Address community inquiries, offer guidance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure an excellent member experience
