At LHR Americas, we are seeking a skilled Downstream Market Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing price forecast visualization tools, computing and issuing transfer prices, and coordinating with stakeholders to validate price implementation.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in the downstream oil & gas industry, market studies, model development, and outlook projection. Proven ability to develop and maintain complex models and perform analytical & statistical exercises is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or a closely related specialty. Post-graduate education or equivalent experience in MBA/Statistics/Economics is desirable. Deep knowledge of model development and utilization of Excel functions is required. Decent understanding of downstream business and supply chain is also necessary.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving fit-for-purpose price forecast visualization tools.
- Consulting with Pricing Insights and Market Analysis team and AEs to gather information on global events affecting energy/oil & gas market and market trends.
- Gathering data from forward curves of all crude and products, market premium or discount values, costs of freight and other elements of Transfer Prices.
- Computing transfer prices daily for M till M+3, according to the planning cycle.
- Coordinating with AEs & market insights for review and validation of prices to be issued.
- Issuing price forecast weekly to the AEs to ensure timely identification of opportunities, estimate uplift margins and serve as a basis for negotiations among stakeholders.

- A monthly base salary aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- A monthly overbase of 25% of your monthly base salary.

- A Travel Allowance of approximately $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
- Vacation & Paid Holidays, totaling 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
- A Medical/Dental Plan, providing complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care/facilities for employee and eligible family members, with subsidized in-Kingdom dental services.
- An Educational Assistance Plan (EAP), offering out-of-Kingdom assistance with 90% of expenses, up to the lesser of 5 times your monthly base salary or $48,500, plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets, and in-Kingdom assistance with 2 times your monthly base salary or $16,300.
- A Settling in Allowance, with a one-time payment of 100% of your monthly base salary for family status and 60% for single/bachelor status.
