Job Summary
The Lead Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks according to specified recipes, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar area, and ensuring that all inventory and supplies are properly stocked. Additionally, this role will involve processing payments, counting bank at the end of each shift, and securing liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
