- Business Requirements and Technical Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, and develop custom applications and automation workflows using Power Apps to streamline business processes.
- Big Data Processing and Advanced Analytics: Utilize Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Business Decision-Making and Communication: Conduct thorough data and statistical analysis to support business decision-making, and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, focusing on advanced analytics and data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling, strong SQL skills with experience in complex query writing and database management, expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, and experience with Power Apps for developing custom applications and automation.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- BI Tools and Platforms: Experience with other BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
- Cloud Computing and Data Warehousing: Knowledge of cloud computing and data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
- Certifications: Certification in relevant BI and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning).
- Adobe Marketing Cloud: Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Launch/Tag, and Adobe Experience Platform.
