About the Role:
As a Sales and Inventory Support Specialist at Fastenal Mexico, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and managing inventory. This is an entry-level position that requires a strong interest in sales and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with sales and customer service inquiries
- Manage inventory levels and perform local sales calls and deliveries
- Place and fulfill orders, receive and ship inventory
- Perform other service-based duties as required
Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
- Possess or be working towards an Associate's Degree in Business or Marketing, or have equivalent industry experience
- Strong aptitude for sales and desire to sell
- Strong computer skills and math aptitude
- Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
- Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages weighing 25-50lbs
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a valid United States Visa
- Interest in career advancement
