We're seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional support to our clients.

As a Service Desk Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day monitoring support for our work streams, working on incidents and service requests, and tracking and coordinating incidents and service requirements according to agreed service levels.

**What We're Looking For**:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in technical voice support or service desk
  • Knowledge of the health domain is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts (rotating schedule)
  • Basic understanding of on-premises and Azure Active Directory
  • Knowledge of computers and basic understanding of networks, with excellent knowledge of Windows 10-11, Office365, and MS Products
  • Understanding of MFA and Intune
  • Good understanding of ITSM tools, including ServiceNow
