  5. Ensure data quality and integrity for the enterprise data warehouse.
  6. Provide support to end-users of the enterprise data warehouse.
  7. Monitor and maintain the performance of the enterprise data warehouse.
  8. Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function.
  9. Follow all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and complete all required training.
  10. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies regarding applicable regulations.
  11. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others.
  12. Actively learn, demonstrate, and foster the Umpqua corporate culture.

  1. H.S Diploma/GED.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in IT, MIS, Finance, Business, or related field.
  3. 7-10 years of technical bank operations experience required.
  4. 6+ years' experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake preferred.
  5. 2+ years' experience working with dimensional or relational database models preferred.
  6. Knowledge of project management with Microsoft DevOps, bank operations, Microsoft Azure, and bank products.
  7. Advanced knowledge of user acceptance testing methodologies and principles.
  8. Advanced PC program skills with extensive experience with Excel and data warehouse products.
  9. Extensive verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences.
  10. Ability to analyze problems of a technical nature with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  11. Possess a high level of analytical ability to understand sophisticated programs/systems.
  12. Ability to set goals and objectives, prioritize, and plan work activities effectively.
