Key Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Assessment: As an Active Directory Domain Services Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients and recommending AD DS-based solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Solution Design: You will design AD DS-based solutions, including domain architecture, group policy, identity management, and authentication.
  • Solution Implementation: You will implement AD DS-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Support: You will provide technical support for AD DS-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Project Management: You will manage AD DS-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Client Training: You will train clients on the use of AD DS-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to AD DS-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, including domain architecture, group policy, identity management, and authentication.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting AD DS-based solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.
