Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Memory Verification Specialist to join our design and verification team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in developing and verifying the most advanced DRAM and Emerging memory products.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the functionality and performance of full-chip and block-level circuit designs using various verification tools, techniques, and strategies.
  • Developing verification infrastructure and environments to verify probe and burn DFT testmodes functionality.
  • Providing verification support to the DRAM and Emerging Memory Design Engineering teams by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full-chip and block-level designs.
  • Developing SystemVerilog testbench infrastructure (e.g., UVM/Non-UVM and Constrained Random Verification Methodology).
  • Executing test plans, running regressions, code, and functional coverage closure.
  • Assisting product engineering teams with circuit and simulation support during post-silicon validation phase.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with at least 3-7 years of industry experience.
  • Deep understanding of CMOS and DRAM circuit design and operation.
  • Familiarity with SystemVerilog testbench/UVM/Constrained Random verification methodology.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-driven, dedicated, and the ability to multitask.
  • Good programming fundamentals with knowledge in any scripting language.
Estimated Salary Range

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
