Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Guest Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in deep cleaning and disinfection of high-touch areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
