We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and capabilities for our scalable, secure communication platform. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver ongoing feature and performance improvements for our leading healthcare communication infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain highly scalable and resilient microservices using a range of programming languages, including Java,.Net, Erlang, and Elixir.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements for technical implementation and ensure seamless integration with our platform.
- Architect, design, and develop high-availability systems, creating and maintaining technical documentation to support our engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring our platform meets the highest levels of security and compliance.
- Implement unit testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to ensure high-quality code and fast turnaround times.
**Requirements**
- BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in Java or.Net.
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and distributed systems.
- Experience in cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
- Knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases.
- Experience building highly scalable, resilient high-availability systems.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools beyond Grafana and Kibana.
