Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Head to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

• Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and pipeline growth.
• Manage and report on the monthly marketing budget.
• Lead and motivate a full-time marketing team of six and wider freelancers.
• Oversee the output and performance of our content and digital marketing agency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales and product management to ensure buy-in and understanding about future marketing campaigns.
• Support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
• Utilize various tactics – ABM, paid social, webinars, and email marketing – to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
• Oversee the execution of content marketing activities – thought leadership, blogs, ebooks, webinars, and video – ensuring quality is high.
• Be responsible for the website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO, and build our presence across our social channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Ensure marketing and sales activities are connected, workflows are set up and working, and content is used to personalize the experience for our various personas.
• Track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution, web analytics, and pipeline growth.

• Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing from a B2B Tech business with experience in leading and directing a marketing department.
• Demonstrable experience of building and executing marketing strategies that positively impact awareness and pipeline growth.
• Excellent written skills with the ability to present at board level and inspire a team.
• Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Track record of managing external marketing agencies.
• Budget management experience.
