Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams building great products and contributing to growth, we're seeking a Process Engineer located in Juarez Sur.
Reporting to the Product Engineer, this role involves:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Attitude and availability to changes in processes, evaluating and selecting engineered materials, implementing statistical process analysis on new and existing products, safety, productivity, and yield improvements, manufacturing techniques, and throughput enhancements.
- Process Development: Continuous development of manufacturing techniques to improve in-house capabilities, developing and maintaining process documentation, reviewing processing methods, interfacing with production for new process implementation and transfer, training production personnel during new technology transfer.
Requirements:
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree typically required.
- Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area, provides input for team decisions, identifies own development needs, and works towards them.
- Makes decisions for sections/sub-functions, executes functional strategic plans and objectives at the site, establishes budget projections for PM & CM for Engineering Department, defines strategies for downtime reduction, collaborates in process improvement initiatives, and defines and monitors KPIs for operations.
