About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Professional to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with expertise in endovascular procedures. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive sales growth through effective territory management, account planning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Hemodynamic Technician or related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in hospital environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in distributor management, forecasting, and product expertise in endovascular procedures is highly desirable.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
