Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their quality expectations
- Provide training and coaching to internal teams on quality processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Shainin Journeyman or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with automotive quality standards (IATF16949, ISO26262, ISO15504/Automotive Spice)
