Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and providing support via calls, SMS, and emails. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely communication and effective resolution of patient concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for patients via calls, SMS, and emails, providing top-notch customer service.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide updates on patient cases.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions using CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Go High Level).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working as a Medical Virtual Assistant (VA).
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant voice.
