Key Responsibilities- Implement operational policies and procedures in accordance with the guidelines set forth by management and the objectives of each project.
- Help guide support levels with knowledge on market conditions, industry trends, product knowledge, and possible solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with SMEs (internal and external) to support their operational needs.
- Support assigned area to establish their operational needs and then assist with strategizing to carry out services.
