Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Industrial Excellence Specialist located in San Luis Rio Colorado. Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, this role involves driving successfully the implementation of Lean principles in the organization to contribute and increase the continuous improvement maturity tracker by coaching, teaching, leading and implementing continuous improvement, reducing scrap and increasing productivity to contribute positively with the operating profit for the organization.
A Typical Day Looks Like:
- Lead Kaizen workshops regularly with positive operating profit contribution.
- Ensure One Piece Flow concepts are implemented in Manufacturing Production Lines.
- Teach and coach people on Lean Concepts through Toy Line training sessions.
- Implement new projects successfully.
The Experience We're Looking To Add To Our Team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Lean deployment.
- Ability to drive, implement new projects considering Industrial Engineering Tools.
- Facility to train, coach and lead team works successfully.
- Ability to find root causes by Problem Solving Methodologies.
- Must be an Industrial Engineering Background.
- Must have experience in the Manufacturing Environment.
- Must show successful Lean or IE project implementation.
