The Mortgage Banking Advisor plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets for mortgage products and services. This intermediate position requires coordination with the broader Consumer Sales team to achieve overall objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

Monitor and track key performance indicators, including submissions, logins, booking, and disbursal numbers to ensure targets are being met
- Identify and acquire new clients through tele-caller supported outbound calling and micromarketing activities
- Collaborate with support teams, including service, product, credit administration, credit policy, acquisition, and senior managers/team leaders
- Provide first-point-of-contact support for client concerns and questions
- Analyze client interests, problems, and potential need for new products and services
- Conduct client, vendor, and channel meetings to optimize revenue
- Receive training and assistance for team members, including sales executives and tele-callers
- Organize marketing activities to generate new sources of lead generation and new business
- Conduct risk analysis to understand fitment with Citi's policies

**Qualifications**:

0-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the financial sector and sales preferred
- Knowledge of related financial regulations and mortgage transaction structure
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, guidelines, and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills

**Education**:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
