Job Summary

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our firm's activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks in business processes
  • Develop and implement control frameworks to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Provide regulatory guidance and counsel on securities and banking matters
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and agencies
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in Compliance and Control
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Significant process mapping experience using BPMN methodology
  • Basic risk management experience, including mitigation, acceptance, transference, and avoidance
  • Proficiency in Visio, ARIS, iGrafx, or IBM Blueworks
  • Power-user level in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic experience in SharePoint web page design
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
Additional Qualifications
  • Six-Sigma, Lean, Agile, PMI, or CIA certification a plus
  • Passionate about enhancing the customer-value chain, simplifying processes, and improving the employee experience
  • Capable of explaining complex issues to stakeholders and senior managers
  • Personable, modest, and prone to developing excellent business relationships
