**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our ViaCheck team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our electronic check processing service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Conduct risk analysis for Viacheck transactions to identify potential issues and prevent losses
• Follow up on hold transactions that require documentation to ensure timely resolution
• Analyze data to identify top performers and areas for improvement
• Post returned items into agency balances and GP to maintain accurate records
• Analyze agent statements to identify trends and areas for growth
• Generate and analyze operations reports to inform business decisions
• Review voided checks and returned items to identify patterns and areas for improvement
• Follow up on Salesforce tickets to ensure timely resolution
• Provide product training to agents and BDEs to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Follow up with new or existing agents with low or no production to provide support and guidance
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the ViaCheck team
• Prepare and file forms and other documents as required

**Requirements**:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• English language proficiency (medium-high level)
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs

**Work Environment**:

This position is based in an office setting and requires regular use of office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
