About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our site technology operations and enable business success. As a key member of our Haleon team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports business growth and innovation.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality technology services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage technology budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure technology compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Manage technology relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the site technology team.
  • Develop and implement technology processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role with a pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare company.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of technology systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement technology strategies that support business growth and innovation.
  • Experience with technology project management and delivery.
  • Knowledge of technology regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Preferred

  • Experience with technology service management and ITIL.
  • Knowledge of technology risk management and compliance.
  • Experience with technology project management and delivery.
  • Knowledge of technology architecture and infrastructure.
  • Experience with technology innovation and digital transformation.
