We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer II to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a Process Engineer II, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and improvement across our manufacturing supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce variation and enhance efficiency
- Lead technical projects to improve capacity and performance of produced instruments
- Provide technical support for the approval and validation of changes and improvements in processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute cost improvement projects
- Ensure the continuity of the supply chain by qualifying and validating tools and components
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Masters or Doctorate in Science or Engineering, preferably
- Bilingual (English-Spanish), preferably
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a product development and/or manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the medical product industry is preferable
- Effective communication skills, written and spoken
- Ability to manage projects and lead teams
- Technical competences in tool design, product/process risk assessment, cleaning validation, and more
- Lean and Six Sigma skills
- Knowledge of GMP/ISO, preferably
- Computing skills
