Salary Information

We are offering a competitive salary for this role, estimated at $120,000 per annum, taking into account the location in Mexico City and the required qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity to lead our Commercial Transformation strategy, prioritizing value generation through accurate diagnosis, design, and implementation/management of initiatives and alignments to improve commercial, logistical, supply, and working capital opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a winning culture, working cross-functionally with distributors to provide an unparalleled brand and retail proposition at the point of purchase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, handle, and develop new business channels to drive growth and expansion.
  • Optimize distribution models to meet targets, ensuring volume, value share, and distribution goals are met.
  • Identify new market opportunities, exploring potential partners to amplify coverage and execution while mapping current RTC (MT- Wholesaler – OT) opportunities to improve value.
  • Diagnose and act to guarantee harmony between sub-channels, improving sales, share, and profit.
  • Define EDGE targets and shared success pictures with commercial partners, establishing and optimizing performance measurement models and POS execution.
  • Implement the Diageo Way of Distributor Management to build vital capabilities that enable our partners to deliver results.
  • Develop a portfolio strategy for new business definition with CMO & Mkt.
  • Drive operational logistics and cost savings opportunities.
  • Contribute to developing commercial policies aligned with market needs, defending them during negotiations, and upholding our values, principles, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong critical thinking and a comprehensive understanding of the business, enabling you to establish a long-term plan for balanced growth. You should have robust commercial experience, adequate management and understanding of commercial development platforms, financial P&L, and working capital on projects and their impact on company results. Additionally, you should have experience in change management and development of RTC strategies.
