We're seeking a skilled Pricing Strategist to collect information from sales, procurement, and production teams to establish accurate manufacturing costs for our diverse range of products. This crucial role will help us create winning customer proposals and maintain profitable pricing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare detailed estimates for individual job opportunities and large RFPs for multi-year contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, and Operations teams to develop winning customer solutions and strategies.
• Utilize estimated raw materials and production inputs to forecast costs for each opportunity.
• Leverage MCC market pricing analytics and purchase history to recommend pricing and create price packages with alternative layouts and materials.
• Update costs and prices based on new information and project scope changes.
• Develop executive summaries for deal approval processes and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate high understanding of market competition to align with strategic goals.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong mathematical skills and experience in estimating or pricing roles. Additional qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of the label and/or printing industry.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to organize large workflows and handle high volumes of information.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish language competency required.
