About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Basketball Coach to join our team at Inspired Education Group. As a Basketball Coach, you will be responsible for preparing students to perform in competitive arenas such as college, league games, and professional basketball leagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the game and the rules.
• Studying the skills and abilities of the players to maximize performance.
• Devising play strategies.
• Developing ideas to optimize performance.
• Providing mentorship.
• Teaching players the rules of the game.
• Training assistant coaches.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience: 2 years
• Studies: Bachelor of Sports Science, Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy
• Languages: English (essential requirement)
• Software or technological tools: MS Office, Educational Platforms, Internet, Google Workspace
• Knowledge: pedagogical models, learning tools, evaluation models, group management, student and parent feedback. Previous experience with basketball. A solid understanding of the game. Must be in top physical condition. Be able to motivate players. Good leadership skills. Attention to detail. Have an excellent memory and concentration skills.
