Customer Partnership Opportunity
At Mondelēz International, we're seeking a talented Strategic Customer Partnership Manager to join our team
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key customers, driving growth and profitability through collaborative partnerships.
As a Strategic Customer Partnership Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute customer growth strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue and market share.
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, fostering open communication and trust.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer plans.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency.

- A strong background in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience working with multiple customers, go-to-market strategies, and business practices.
- Knowledge of data-driven decision making and analytics.
Requirements
This position requires:
- A solid background in data-driven decisions and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate/Advanced level desirable).
- Location: Monterrey, Mexico (hybrid role).
- Relocation support is not available.
