Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing a broad range of electronic software processes as part of the Software Lead to Cash organization. The role enhances current business processes and performance metrics by Software Lead to Cash and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role contributes to special projects and communicates requirements to the global business unit and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electronic software licensing and fulfillment processes, vendor purchase order management, inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations for a large or complex global business unit.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations. Independently execute demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
- Collaborate on New Product Introduction process and product readiness for software ordering and licensing.
- Coordinate or lead regional and global business unit teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
- Review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement. Articulate findings to management.
- Contribute to priority projects with complex analyses and assist in developing recommendations.
- Communicate requirements and guidelines to regional and global business unit planning teams.
- Mentor junior-level staff.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
