Automation Director

The Automation Director will lead the development and implementation of automation strategies across factories in Mexico. This role will partner with key stakeholders to drive process improvements, manage automation projects, and prioritize the utilization of human capital and technical resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute automation strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and improve current processes to support a dynamic organization.
- Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive automation efforts.
- Lead, guide, and develop the technical and managerial skills of automation personnel.
- Prepare automation strategy reports for top management.
- Actively seek out opportunities to automate manual assembly operations.
- Determine the training needs of the team members.
- Responsible for the timely management, monitoring, and progress of the automation program.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Automation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a direct focus on implementation and management of Automation.
- English and Spanish proficiency.
- Based in El Paso, TX, or Juarez City.
- Demonstrated strong leadership experience with strategy and execution.
- Advanced Communication skills.
- Ability to travel, as required.
- Certified Black Belt Knowledge in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
