Key Account Executive Role Overview

As a Key Account Executive at Infobip Ltd, you will be responsible for selling our products to new customers and generating net new business.

  • Diligently identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Qualify and close leads for successful sales.
  • Sell a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a customer's base within a designated team/squad.
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
  • Develop, present, and sell a value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with Account Managers, Customer Success Experts, or Inside Sales teams to sell and maintain account health.
  • Work closely with Business Development Representatives to take over leads.
  • Cross-sell for existing accounts on complicated deals.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years of applicable experience, including 3 years of solution sales or SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling to the Financial Industry.
  • Successful sales track record and commission earnings.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • CXO level influencer.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers.
  • Intermediate English Level.
