Responsibilities:
- Perform process activities in the process section, ensuring efficient service delivery and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Execute assigned tasks on time, addressing open issues independently and supporting resolution, identifying areas for improvement and recommending improvement solutions.
- Collaborate with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.
- Recommend changes to process standards and procedures to improve timely performance of process activities.
- Contribute to ensuring service delivery of the team is within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Coordinate and follow up with various internal and external stakeholders, supporting Process Specialist in additional activities as required.
- Knowledge in Accounting is essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling, with experience in service delivery model environment.
- Robust process understanding from content and technical (IT) perspective.
- Good understanding of business setup and interconnections.
- Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Office skills and proficiency in IT systems, including ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools, and integrated solutions.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, and local language.
